Gentlemen, let’s not lie to ourselves. You love a tight body, a great arse, legs that go on for days & a lethal face card that NEVER declines! So how do I do it?
There is no secret serum blessed by the beauty gods. I’ve tried negotiating with them, but they seem to accept only 8 hours of sleep as payment. Frankly, I was hoping they’d settle for a sacrificial ex-boyfriend.
There is an art to being hot.
It’s called rituals.
I take my sleep very seriously. 7 hours is my absolute minimum. A well-rested Ada has better skin, more energy, a brighter smile, and is considerably nicer company. Everybody wins…
Movement. I love being in green spaces. I promise you, 90% of the battles in your head will ease by going outside on a walk. I enjoy listening to the birds singing, sunshine on my face. Peace & Quiet. Very therapeutic.
Hobbies. I have recently picked up padel & it is so much fun, brilliantly social & a great excuse to wear cute sportswear! And yes … It probably helps with my stamina too 😉
Food? I adore it. Fresh strawberries on a Saturday morning in Summer? Magnifique! Warm sourdough bread straight from the bakery. Good cheese. Even better company! Life is far too short to to count every calorie or live on fat-free, protein-packed nonsense. I eat well because it makes me feel good, not because I’m trying to punish myself. And dessert? Always ask if I want dessert. The answer is almost always yes.
One of my favourite evenings is wonderfully simple. A lovely glass of wine. Jamiroquai playing in the background. A long, luxurious bath fit for a queen. Moisturiser from head to toe, a silky chemise, then curling up with a good book. Now that is indulgence!
Lastly, the hottest thing ever. Confidence. The quiet kind. To laugh at yourself when you make a fool out of yourself in public. To walk into a room without wondering whether everyone likes you or finds you attractive. To wear what makes you feel incredible. To fall in love with the girl in the mirror, imperfections & all.
So there you have it, gentlemen.
That’s the secret to the elixir of my youth.
