Things you must do in Turkey (Serious Guide):

Eat all the pastrami hummus offered to you because it is godly and calories do not exist here.

Take pictures of cats because they are gods. Photograph them. Admire them. Apologise if you disturb their afternoon nap. You are merely a guest in their country.

Wander around the Grand & Spice Bazaars and haggle the hell out of those perfumes. You must perfect the ancient art of tutting, looking mildly offended at the proposed price, & walking away as though you have somewhere much more important to be. The vendor will have time to reconsider his entire business model before calling you back with the price you wanted in the first place. This is a matter of principle not price!

Conduct an experiment with the pomegranate juice vendors. Find a vendor in Sultanahamet & note the price. Walk three vendors down & repeat the experiment. Watch the prices go from 300 to 200 to 150 Lira. This is a study in Turkish street economics.

Arrive at the Blue Mosque in the middle of the day, see the queues stretching into what feels like another century, & decide that your time on Earth is, in fact, precious. Abort mission. Head to the Süleymaniye Mosque instead, where you can admire equally breath-taking Ottoman architecture without feeling like you’re queuing for concert tickets to see Beyoncé. You might even encounter a friendly volunteer offering you a free Quran. Accept it if you’re interested, have a lovely conversation, & enjoy the unexpected cultural exchange.

Choose the Şerefiye Cistern over the Basilica Cistern. Trust me on this one.

Eat baklava & every type of dessert you can find. Every. Single. Night. You are here to experience the culinary heritage of at least 2 civilizations. Don’t disrespect that.

Try every street food in Kadıköy. Simit? Yes. Chestnuts? Absolutely. Borek? Yes, Darling.

Visit a hammam & come out as a moisturized & exfoliated Sultan.

Leave Istanbul already planning your next visit.

You’re welcome & you cannot argue with me.

💋Until then,

Ada

      Every profession has repeat characters.

Mine just happen to open with “hi”, ask “u available?”, lead with “how much?”, negotiate like they’re buying a second-hand Audi, or feel compelled to explain how successful they are before we’ve even exchanged pleasantries.

After a while, you start recognising the exhibits.

Some disappear without a trace. Some think my website / advertisement is optional reading. Some genuinely believe confidence is a substitute for manners.

The heads on pikes are, of course, symbolic. Each one represents a message that was quietly ignored, or blocked without a second thought. With a one-way ticket to the museum archives.

Thankfully, they’re all safely preserved in the museum now.

      Admission is free.

      Booking with me isn’t.

I had the lovely opportunity to wind down for a weekend at a gorgeous countryside manor in the Southeast of England. I love these little getaways because they embody one of my values in life. Slow living.

A cup of Earl Grey tea in the morning (no milk!) in no rush, enjoying the still moments & the fresh air. Morning bike rides through the steep hills with wonderful company. Biking without any of the appropriate gear, naturally. Only a helmet, sandals & a dress haha. Here’s where my competitive side comes out and suddenly we are in the Tour de France! I love that adrenaline rush.

We biked through the vast acres of the manor, discovering beautiful views together. The smell of the farm animals especially sheep pellets brought back an intense nostalgia. I was suddenly a little girl again, visiting my aunties farm in the countryside & shepherding the sheep. We stumbled through a quaint little Italian shop, which felt wonderfully unexpected in the middle of an English countryside. We picked ripe wild blackberries and fed them to each other like royalty.

      Fucking Indulgent.

A serene afternoon at the spa, covered in essential oils & a romantic couples massage. Willing life’s little aches & pains away. Deep conversations & Comfortable silences revealing a deep intimacy without words.

Obviously an Indian dinner at a local favourite. What would we do on this island without Indian food? No really! Random but wonderful conversations with the couple sat opposite us (very un-British). Who so happened to be celebrating his 86th birthday. The man was so full of life & extremely charming, mischievous, and armed with enough stories to keep us entertained all evening. Watching the love between those two was perhaps the most beautiful part.

Later that night. Lagavulin 16 scotch whisky, stargazing and smoking Cuban cigars like the sophisticated people we like to think we are ;). And somewhere between the whisky, the stars & the quiet, I felt a deep sense of gratitude. For the life I’ve been granted. The wonderful people who so happen to accompany me along the way & to be able to slow down to actually notice how wonderful it all is.

      Life is amazing!

“Ada, you are so fucking hot!”

      Ding, ding, ding

      Correct!

Gentlemen, let’s not lie to ourselves. You love a tight body, a great arse, legs that go on for days & a lethal face card that NEVER declines! So how do I do it?

There is no secret serum blessed by the beauty gods. I’ve tried negotiating with them, but they seem to accept only 8 hours of sleep as payment. Frankly, I was hoping they’d settle for a sacrificial ex-boyfriend.

There is an art to being hot.

      It’s called rituals.

I take my sleep very seriously. 7 hours is my absolute minimum. A well-rested Ada has better skin, more energy, a brighter smile, and is considerably nicer company. Everybody wins…

Movement. I love being in green spaces. I promise you, 90% of the battles in your head will ease by going outside on a walk. I enjoy listening to the birds singing, sunshine on my face. Peace & Quiet. Very therapeutic.

Hobbies. I have recently picked up padel & it is so much fun, brilliantly social & a great excuse to wear cute sportswear! And yes … It probably helps with my stamina too 😉

Food? I adore it. Fresh strawberries on a Saturday morning in Summer? Magnifique! Warm sourdough bread straight from the bakery. Good cheese. Even better company! Life is far too short to to count every calorie or live on fat-free, protein-packed nonsense. I eat well because it makes me feel good, not because I’m trying to punish myself. And dessert? Always ask if I want dessert. The answer is almost always yes.

One of my favourite evenings is wonderfully simple. A lovely glass of wine. Jamiroquai playing in the background. A long, luxurious bath fit for a queen. Moisturiser from head to toe, a silky chemise, then curling up with a good book. Now that is indulgence!

Lastly, the hottest thing ever. Confidence. The quiet kind. To laugh at yourself when you make a fool out of yourself in public. To walk into a room without wondering whether everyone likes you or finds you attractive. To wear what makes you feel incredible. To fall in love with the girl in the mirror, imperfections & all.

So there you have it, gentlemen.

That’s the secret to the elixir of my youth.

      You’re welcome 😘

      💋Until then,

      Ada

I think in another lifetime, I might have been a Scandinavian woman.

I’m drawn to the calm public spaces, the quiet social culture, the beautiful nature woven so seamlessly into daily life, the architecture, the effortless Swedish minimalism. This city will always hold a special place in my heart.

During my time in Stockholm, I met wonderful new gentlemen and reconnected with my faithful old regulars. There is something so lovely about returning to a city and knowing there are familiar faces waiting to welcome you back.

Some of my favourite moments were with my älskling at a dark, sensual cocktail bar, sipping wine and talking about everything from work to our current reads, to how much we missed each other :). Another highlight was dinner at Ekstedt; a Michelin-starred experience that felt intimate, refined, and unforgettable.

Although much of my five days were delightfully preoccupied with dates, I intentionally carved out solo time. As a quasi-introvert, I cherish solo experiences. Wandering through Gamla stan midweek while it was less touristy, taking it all in, and of course purchasing a specific tea that somehow tastes like Stockholm (I need a whole separate post about my tea obsession lol).

I also explored neighbourhoods beyond the city centre. Stadshagen, Östermalm, and Sundbyberg. Experiencing daily Swedish life during the off-peak season was deeply appealing. And let me say, Swedish people being “boring” is slander that will not be tolerated here haha.

As someone with a serious sweet tooth, Stockholm is my Valhalla. Especially during semlor season; the cardamom-spiced bun filled with almond paste & cream that appears before Lent. I was on a hunt for the best konditori in the city, and shout out to Lillebrors Bageri, absolutely insane semlor and cardamom buns. Café Pascal for the ambience. Fabrique, a chain, yes, but the buns were still delicious. I have more to try next time, but Lillebrors wins by a landslide.

On my final afternoon, I treated myself to afternoon tea at the Grand Hôtel Stockholm. Where do I even begin? The presentation was immaculate. The attention to detail from the servers was mind-blowing. Impeccable service, a luxurious atmosphere, and views of the pier with yachts from my seat. What an indulgence & completely deserved.

This trip revealed the type of woman I am slowly becoming. The word is vivant. I live in the moment. I’m grateful for the gentlemen I’ve met along the way. And I am living … for me.

      Stockholm… I will be back.

As an escort & companion, I like to think I’m reasonably well acquainted with the subject of sex. So when I discovered London had a Vagina Museum, naturally I had to pay a visit. For research purposes, obviously.😉

The museum is playful, provocative & surprisingly educational.

There were beautiful illustrations explaining the female anatomy, an exhibition on menopause, displays celebrating the wonderfully diverse shapes & appearances of vulvas, and a wall covered in little post-it notes reminding women that their bodies are beautiful exactly as they are.

And here’s a rather astonishing little fact: a recent Great British “Cliteracy” test found that 90% of people said they knew where the clitoris was but only 30% could actually locate it correctly on a diagram. Apparently, confidence & cliteracy are two very different things.

There was also a section dedicated to sex worker rights and decriminalisation, marked by the red umbrella. Something I particularly appreciated seeing represented in a museum that is so openly committed to conversations about sexuality.

The museum is a lovely reminder that bodies aren’t embarrassing, sex isn’t something we need to whisper about, and there is considerably more to the female anatomy than what meets the eye.

If you’re looking for a slightly unconventional London date or simply fancy getting better acquainted with the anatomy behind some of life’s greatest pleasures. I highly recommend it.
